Product Description:
The QK series CNC pipe threading machine is a high efficiency, high precision two coordinate continuous control CNC machine, Which independently researched and developed by our company according to the development needs of petroleum industry. The machine has high power, good rigidity, can cut straight, oblique, arc, male, inch thread, and has a variety of functions such as tip radius compensation. The machine features high rigidity and high power. It is a high precision and high efficiency pipe thread machining machine. The machine adopts a high transmission ratio gearbox and a high power AC main drive motor, which enables the spindle to achieve up to 3080Nm of output torque. After finishing the outer thread, machining the inner thread directly. Improve the processing efficiency.

1.Machine: mechanical and electrical integration design, advanced structure, reasonable layout, beautiful shape, the use of integral bed, good rigidity and stability; Machine automatic lubrication system.
2.Spindle: The spindle bearing adopts GRADE P5 bearing; Spindle rotation jump ≤0.01mm, stable accuracy.
3.Tool rest: The tool rest adopts Shenyang electric tool rest, the locking force can reach 28KN.
4.Movement: the X/Z axis of the machine adopts ball screw pair produced by Shandong, which has good movement accuracy and dynamic characteristics.
