The guideway pairs in both the horizontal and vertical directions are made of wear-resistant Grey cast iron.
The rail guideway surface of the ram and side head undergo middle frequency hardening and rolling grind finish machining.
The bottom station features a new type of black chromium plane.
The rail head is equipped with a lead screw for horizontal and vertical transmission.
The pentagonal turret pinion plate ensures high strength and rigidity in index positioning.
Cross lubrication is provided with oil through a hand pump.
