This series of lathe is mainly used to undertake many kinds of turning work, suck as turning end face, cylindrical, inner hole and metric thread, inch thread, modulus thread, diameter thread. Turn the taper with top slide, but also can use top slide and longitudinal feed combined driven to turn long taper. It can also be used for central hole drilling, boring and other processes. The machine has big power, strong rigidity, and can use carbide cutting tools for thread cutting and machining variety of ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals.

Mainly used for all kinds of mill roll processing, it is also suitable for turning the external&inner circular suface,cone, end face and threading of shaft, disc and other kinds of workpiece in mass production. With its dual functions of turning and grinding, the roll turning lathe machine can complete the machining of a part in a single operation, reducing the need for multiple clamping and enhancing overall work efficiency for customers.
All components of machine are imported foreign famous brands, such as FANUC or SIMENS Control System/ Schneider Electrical Control system, Japanese Bearing, ABB Motor& transmission box/gear box, etc. We can also configurate per customer's special request and demands.
