CW6163 Type Heavy Duty Conventional Lathe Torno Horizontal Lathe Machine
Horizontal lathe machine tools are used for cutting, shaping, drilling, and turning metal workpieces. They consist of several components, including a bed, a tailstock, a headstock, a carriage, a cross slide, and a feed rod.
The bed is the foundation of the machine, on which the other components are mounted. The tailstock is located at the opposite end of the bed from the headstock and provides support for the workpiece. The headstock houses the spindle and motor that drive the rotation of the workpiece.
The carriage moves along the bed and holds the cutting tool, which can be adjusted vertically and horizontally. The cross slide moves perpendicular to the carriage and provides precision movement for the cutting tool. The feed rod is responsible for moving the carriage and cross slide, as well as controlling the depth of the cut.
Available in different sizes and capacities, horizontal lathe machine tools can be used for a variety of machining applications, ranging from small hobby projects to heavy-duty industrial work.

3. Perform drilling, boring and groove broaching;
4. Machine all kinds of flat stocks and those in irregular shapes;
5. Respectively with through-hole spindle bore, that can hold bar stocks in larger diameters;
6. Both Inch and Metric system are used on these series lathes, it's easy for people from different measuring systems countries;
7. There are hand brake and foot brake for users to choose;
8. These series lathes operate on power supply of different voltages (220V,380V,420V) and different frequencies (50Hz,60Hz).
