1. Our CNC vertical lathe is equipped with the Siemens 828DD system, ensuring precise control. It features a vertical tool post, allowing for a maximum machining diameter of 1600mm, a table diameter of 1400mm, and a maximum machining height of 1000mm.
2. The transmission device adopts a four-speed continuous transmission, providing convenience, sensitivity, and reliability.
3. All gears in the system are made of 40Cr grinding gears, guaranteeing high rotation accuracy and minimal noise.
4. This machine is suitable for processing non-ferrous metals, black metals, and non-metallic materials using high-speed steel tools and carbide cutting tools.
