1. Product overview
The KQ-4010 desktop laser dust particle counter with large flow rate of 28.3L is the latest generation product independently developed by our team of PhD experts from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. This product abandons the commonly used LCD dot matrix screens in favor of a 7-inch IPS smart touch screen, combined with a human-machine interaction UI for more efficient operation, greatly enhancing the user experience. Currently, this instrument is widely used in clean environments such as pharmaceutical factories, electronics factories, hospital operating rooms, aerospace, precision machining, and the food industry, becoming a common instrument for cleanliness testing in cleanrooms.

Large capacity data storage (20,000 Sets), supports one-click export of PDF files via USB, allowing data download anytime and anywhere.
Supports 400 room points preset function, one-click selection for quick sampling.
Supports 20 user management, supports password complexity management and multi-level permission management.
Supports audit trail, log management with query, traceability, and control capabilities, compliant with FDA 21 CFR PART 11.
Supports 6-channel/2-channel (0.5μm, 5.0μm) custom switch.
Supports calibration reminder function, reminds users to calibrate in time, ensuring normal use of the instrument.
Imported laser source from Japan, lifetime of over 30,000 hours (requires annual calibration).
