TH646 High Speed Rotating safety device Hollow Hydraulic Cylinders for car wheel making cnc machine
The ultra-high-speed, light-weight, large-bore rotary hydraulic cylinder has a built-in check valve self-locking mechanism to prevent pressure source failure or piping damage, to ensure that the pressure does not drop gradually, and it can continue to hold the work firmly.The drain port should be independently connected to oil tank to avoid back pressure.
FEATURES:
1. It is made of light aluminium alloy, with low inertia, low weight. And it can reduce the load on the machine spindle.
2. Its unique design enables the inside bearing to get sufficient lubricating and cooling, and ensures high-speed rotary for longer service life.
3. Built-in Safety Check Valves which prevents the internal pressure from sudden
declining so that the workpiece will not fly out and cause a serious accident.
4. Easy for Heat Dissapation.
