1. Description
This cylinder is a light-duty rotary cylinder with a through hole for machining long shaft parts. The check valve has a built-in self-locking mechanism to prevent pipeline damage and loss of pressure source and ensure the stability of workpiece clamping. Through the control of the electronic control system, two modes of manual and automatic can be realized, which is easy to operate. One person can operate multiple machines, reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency.
This cylinder is made of aluminum alloy, so it will be lighter and smaller than other rotary cylinders. The cylinder is safe and reliable, with high speed and long service life, and all the internal parts are imported original. And can be customized according to the different requirements of customers. The oil pressure of the hydraulic station makes the rotary cylinder complete the telescopic movement of the piston rod. The pressure is released, the solenoid valve closes the oil pump, controls the oil return circuit, the hydraulic oil rotary cylinder slowly returns to the hydraulic oil tank, the piston rod gradually decreases and decreases with the hydraulic oil rotary cylinder, and control the clamping and loosening of the power chuck.
