1. Description
Our company is a professional manufacturer of producing chucks for CNC lathe and laser cutting machine.Various kinds of chucks are provided, like self-centering chuck, power chuck, pneumatic chuck and so on.
This product is newly designed for laser tube cutting equipment. The product itself acts as an independent rotating spindle, with a chuck that can grip the workpiece firmly while it rotates. The rotary intake is achieved by a rotor fitted with an end for quick clamping and loosening action.
Product clamping force is large, clamping stability; Convenient adjustment, high efficiency; Higher rigidity than long jaws, accuracy can be maintained for a long time, there is no claw bending deformation affect the rotation accuracy phenomenon.
The product center is a through-through structure. In order to make the environment clean and hygienic, the series of products can be installed on the back of the dust removal device.
