Located in our own industrial park, Eachin LED covers a district of more than 35,000 M², of four floors in one block. We could ensure production capacity of more than 5,000 square meters per month for the LED displays, thanks to our well equipped automatic production lines, and skilled workers.
Our R&D group is made of more than 8% of total employees and most of them are senior technicians, with more than 14 years’ experiences in the LED field. They are involved in all their efforts, from design of projects, to finished products’ performances, in which way, we could provide the most suitable solutions and customized products according to customers’ requests. 1. Spare parts: will be provided in kinds of rate, together with cargo orders to customers.
2. Free maintenance guarantee (including costs of labor and material): free costs for maintenance services during two years’ warranty periods; we will charge costs for materials for maintenance beyond warrantee periods.
3. 7days / 24 hours for responding to clients’ queries, and take effective action within 24 hours for problems solutions;
4. Free project training: project training includes regular operation of hardware of led display products and the controller software; daily basic maintenance for products; basic construction structures for products installations;
5. Regular following-ups: our after-sales team will make regular following-ups about 1-2 times per month, for the performances of products; FAQ queries met during working of products; solutions brought out in order to ensure continuous good performances of products;
6. Software upgrading: life-long maintenance of controlling system, and relative software upgrading;
