Stainless Steel Mirror-Polish Contemporary Sculpture Mammoth Skull.
Description:
This piece of artwork was designed by a famous Norwegian female artist. The creative inspiration came from the ancient animal mammoth. It is one huge Skull of a mammoth.
This artwork was fabricated with stainless steel and hand-forging crafts. It was completed in 2017. The total fabrication time is around four months for 3D model optimization, 3D Styrofoam 1:1 model, hand forging, and final high mirror polishing.
This sculpture was shipped in one piece by ocean transportation in a 40' flat rack container. We designed a proper fixation installation method for the client to install it in Norway.
