As a special liquid-liquid separation technology, the Wiped Film Distillation Equipment is different from traditional distillation based on the difference in boiling points. The Wiped Film Distillation Equipment refers to a kind of distillation method operated under a high vacuum condition. When the average free path of steam molecular is greater than the distance between the evaporation surface and the condensation surface, the liquid mixture can be separated by making use of different evaporation rates of each component in the liquid mixture. It is applicable for the distillation and purity of the heat sensitive material and the high boiling point material mainly used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, spices, plastics, oil and other fields.
Main Characteristics
1. High-precision distillation barrel allows the liquid to form a complete and unified thin film on the heated surface. The smooth inner surface can avoid sticking and scaling.
2. The German brand variable-frequency reduction motor can operate safely and reliably. The self-cooling fan can work continuously for a long time.
3. The magnetic force transmission system can realize the seal property of whole machine. The transmission rod of the drive motor needn't go through the sealing surface of the distiller. The whole system possesses a good sealing performance. The minimum vacuum pressure is up to 0.001mbar.
4. The highest temperature of the system can reach 230℃/300℃. The accurate temperature control can be realized
