Wiped Film Distillation Equipment Description
The air-cooled diffusion pump can greatly boost the system vacuum.
The preheating system can make the temperature of the liquid material close to the boiling point before entering the evaporation chamber, improving the distillation efficiency and enhancing the fluidity of the liquid material.
The multistage double coil condenser can increase the recovery rate of volatile substances, such as solvents and terpenes, which can better protect the diffusion pump and vacuum pump.
With a high processing accuracy, the main separator can distribute the film evenly. The evaporation process adopts different temperatures for insulation or condensation to improve the separation efficiency.
