Rubber Mooney Viscometer Equipment Overview
Mooney Viscometer viscosity for rubber vulcanization index determination. Sample in a certain temperature and pressure, the rotor to a certain degree of rotation torque on the sample to a certain degree of shear stress, measure out the rubber anti-shear torque. Rubber Mooney Viscometer Design Principle
Place the test rubber with a specified pressure and maintain a set temperature of the mold cavity, so that the rotor speed in the cavity filled with rubber 2r/min rotation. Determination of the friction of rubber,when the rotor rotates, and this torque required to convert the data values in Mooney value calculation unit. Mooney scorch test, the test rubber viscosity changes, determination of the plastic material of the test to reach a certain curing time and curing rate of the extent required.
1.With the start of the trial, the viscosity of the rubber sample size changes；All the test process can be real-time display of the screen, as well as see the curve corresponding to a Mooney viscosity and time (Mooney viscosity curve or the Mooney scorch curve),curve shape and characteristics of the rubber material and test temperature.After the test, the test data, test curve will be automatically stored in the

b.Mooney value【M(P+N):P--Warm-up time(min) N—Test time(min)】；
c.T5,T35,Δt30(small rotor:T3,T18, Δt15);
d.The actual temperature curve of the upper and lower cavity
e.Test date and time；
f.Other: the value of relaxation, the number of plastic material, the operator (input).
