Equipment Description
The synthetic blood penetration tester for medical surgical masks can output test reports and save test data for synthetic blood penetration tests of surgical masks. Meet the test standard YY0469-2011 medical surgical masks.
Features
1. The equipment is equipped with an air pump to adjust the air pressure.
2. The detector is equipped with a positive pressure sensor for collecting test data pressure.
3. The pressure has the function of stepless adjustment, and technical parameters such as the holding pressure and holding time can be set.
Test process
The sample was fixed on the sample fixture of the instrument, and 2ml of synthetic blood with a surface tension of 0.042±0002n/m was sprayed horizontally from a needle tube with an inner diameter of 0.84mm to the target area of the tested sample at a distance of 30.5cm from the center of the sample at a pressure of 16kPa. Remove for visual inspection within 10s.
