Mechanical process structure 

1. The mainframe of the testing machine adopts the cylinder down structure, the tensile space is located above the mainframe, compression, bending, shear and other test space is located below the mainframe between the middle beam and the table, through the movement of the middle beam to adjust the test space, the table and the cylinder using hard contact, medium pressure balance piston, the piston is always in the center of the cylinder, reduce the friction between the cylinder and the piston, so that the experimental accuracy is higher, the force value is more accurate. Overcome the traditional process of spherical contact between table and piston, theoretically oriented. Thus ensure the stability of the mechanical properties of the product.

2. The structural parts of the main machine are made of cast steel parts after heat treatment and precision machining, and the columns and transmission parts are made of high performance alloy structural steel, which are strictly inspected and finely assembled, so that the whole machine is not only strong in overall rigidity but also good in stability. The main and auxiliary oil cylinders are sealed by gapless oil film, no oil leakage, and the center compound oil cylinder is used at the jaws for direct push clamping, which overcomes the shortcomings of easy sliding and easy deformation of the pallet liner clamping block set structure, and the loading and unloading is very convenient and durable.

Control and measurement system
