Test standard for suspension devices

For passenger vehicles with maximum design speed ≥100km/h and axle weight ≤1500kg, the absorption rate shall not be less than 40%, and the absorption rate difference between the right and left coaxial wheels shall not be more than 15%.

If on the test table, the load and tire pressure under the wheel are consistent, then the wheel grounding index is mainly determined by the performance of the suspension device. Therefore, the wheel grounding index can be used to evaluate the performance of suspension device.
