Inspection instructions:
1. Electrical parameters:
A) DC powered lamps controlled by external power supply: voltage and current measured by voltage and ammeter.
(Note: Measuring current requires measuring LED single lamp and single color current recorded in Attached Table I)
B) AC power supply lamps controlled by built-in power supply: the voltage, current, power, power factors and other parameters of the lamps are measured by digital power meter.
C) Class ⅰ lamps must be tested for electrical strength, leakage current and insulation resistance. The electric strength is 220V terminal and the shell 1500V, and there is no flying arc and breakdown in 1min. Leakage current ≤1.0mA. The insulation resistance is greater than or equal to 2M ω. D) The safety grade of lamps can be divided into four types:
Class 0 LAMPS: UNGROUNDED LAMPS THAT RELY ON BASIC INSULATION FOR SHOCK PROTECTION, MEANING THAT THE ACCESSIBLE CONDUCTIVE PARTS OF THE LAMP ARE NOT CONNECTED TO THE FACILITY
