Introduction:
The ignition temperature tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical indicators and requirements specified in ASTM D1929. Under the specified test conditions, the combustible gas separated from the material is ignited by an external flame and burned for a certain period of time, and then the lowest temperature of the material is measured.

Features

2.The heating furnace is made of stainless steel, beautiful and corrosion resistant;

4.The inner diameter of furnace tube is 100mm ± 5mm, the length is 230mm ± 20mm,made of a ceramic that will withstand at least 750 ℃;
5.The inner tube diameter is 75 mm ±2 mm, length is 240 mm ± 20 mm, temperature resistance is not less than 750 ℃;
6.Size of stainless steel container: inner diameter 9mm, height 48mm.
7.Propane igniter inner diameter 1.8mm±0.3mm nozzle, flame height 10mm-20mm can be adjusted arbitrarily;
8.The copper ingot furnace can be constant at any temperature between (150-450) ℃
9.The Ignition Temperature Tester is equipped with built-in fan to provide air source, and equipped with imported flowmeter to accurately control gas flow.
10.The thermal insulation layer is composed of thermal insulation mineral wool with a thickness of more than 60mm, and is wrapped in stainless steel;
11.Temperature control system: temperature control meter PID automatically controls the temperature of the heating furnace, the control temperature range: normal temperature -500 ℃, the heating furnace is equipped with 3 imported thermocouples to measure the temperature in the furnace and the temperature of the sample;
12.Sample container is made of stainless steel;
13.The accuracy of timer is 0.1s;
