Introduction
This Low Temperature Torque Tester is suitable for measuring the running performance of the grease in the specially manufactured, spring-loaded automobile wheel bearing assembly under low temperature conditions. The test principle is to fill the grease sample into a specially manufactured automobile wheel bearing assembly.The assembly is heated first, and then cold soaked at -40°C. In addition, other test temperatures can be set according to the requirements of the grease specifications. The spindle is rotated of 1r/min, and the torque value to prevent rotation of the hub is measured at 60 s.

◆ The drive motor adopts a high-speed ratio of 1740/1, which can maintain a stable speed.
◆ The low temperature box is insulated with special materials, and there is no temperature influence from the outside.
◆ Digital display torque value.
◆ The loaded spring can withstand a pressure of 500N and is equipped with a pressure calibration device.
