Introduction
The anti-rust grease humidity cabinet is a kind of test equipment that simulates the humid environment.
The anti-rust grease humidity cabinet can be used by the laboratories of the petroleum, chemical and other industries, universities, scientific research institutes and other scientific research units to test and evaluate the anti-rust performance of grease on metals.
Main features
1.The design of the test box is perfect, the box body is formed by CNC machine tools, and the door is opened up, which is easy to operate.
2.The inner tank of the test box is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the outer shell is sprayed with A3 plate, which is more smooth and beautiful.
3.The side of the waterway system and the circuit system adopts door opening, which is convenient for maintenance and overhaul. 4.The insulation system uses ultra-fine glass fiber to fill the insulation area, and the connecting parts of the inner and outer tanks are made of non-metallic high- and low-temperature resistant materials, which effectively reduce temperature conduction.
5.The door seal is made of refined silicone rubber, so that there is no aging and hardening under high and low temperature conditions
6.The water filling method adopts automatic water shortage filling.
7.Digital display touch button temperature and humidity control instrument, PID high-precision control, to prevent long-term operation instability.
8.Temperature sensor: platinum resistance PT100Ω/MV.
9.The whole machine protection system is composed of phase, water, over-temperature protection and alarm devices. Ensure the integrity of the executive components and test pieces.
