Introduction
Pneumatic Wheel-Track Molding Equipment is a method for making asphalt mixture test piece according to the industrial standard of China People's Republic of China JTG E20-2011 "Testing Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture of Highway Engineering" The requirements specified in the "" design and manufacture, mainly used for rolling test of asphalt mixture test pieces before the rutting test.
The test piece can be used for testing the high temperature anti-rutting ability of the asphalt mixture, and the high temperature stability of the asphalt mixture design, such as the physical and mechanical properties of the asphalt mixture.
The molding machine is an automatic instrument integrating mechanical, computer, electrical and pneumatic control. Compared with similar products, it is characterized by small size, high degree of automation, strong function and convenient operation. It is an ideal instrument for roller compaction molding.
I. Main technical specifications
1.Using a color touch display, instrument operation, data display, parameter input, etc. can be completed on the touch screen.
