Main Specifications
Constant oven device,temperature range:ambient+15～100℃,size of inner chamber is not less that:(L)700*(W)500*(H)1200mm.
Dummy device concludes torso and metal head model,the size of head model is made as per Sheffield.
Torso part:front height 850mm,back height 810mm,horizontal depth of chest 260mm,horizontal depth of waist 250mm,horizontal depth of hip 260mm,horizontal width of chest 380mm,horizontal width of waist 330mm,horizontal width of hip 400mm,bust 1030mm,waist 960mm,hip 1100mm.
Artificial lung is installed at the bottom of torso,which can provide respiratory frequency 14 times/minuter,respiratory flow 2L for every breathing.
Test device is installed in mobile sliding rail,and it can freely moved between oven and combustion array.
Test device can lift 150mm,and finish free fall.
EN137 Test equipment is equipped with Respiratory resistance measuring device,so the data can be collected and displayed on computer.
Combustion array is made up of 8 pieces propane belt burner,valid combustion length is 900mm,between center of burner is 190mm,width of burner is 140mm,diameter of combustion hole is 1mm,hole center distance is 1.8mm.Simultaneously,it has 8 pieces Venturi Mixed gas for mixing propane and air.
Propane burner is controlled by two groups flow controller,flow range is 0-60L/min,air flow is supplied by air compressor,and can be adjusted by valve.
It adopts surface ignition method,which can ignite two groups burner array at the same time.Solenoid valve is also supplied to cut off burning gas automatically.
EN137 test machine is supplied with air reducing valve and burning gas reducing valve,to control and adjust their pressure.
EN137 test system is supplied with high temperature thermal couple to calibrate flame temperature of burner.
Test procedure is controlled automatically.It can automatically move out test device,move into burner array,and finish test of free fall.
EN137 test equipment is supplied with computer and printer,which is used to control test procedure and collect data.
