1. Applicable scope This Chainflex Bending Test Machine is suitable for repeated U-shaped bending fatigue testing of high flexible cables such as TUV, VDE, UL, etc., in applications that require continuous bending and high-speed movement, such as internal wiring of machines, high-speed drag chain system cables, connecting cables of machine moving parts, internal wiring of machines, as well as repeated bending fatigue testing of industrial drag chain cables and industrial robot cables.
The Chainflex Bending Test Machine is mainly used to detect whether flexible cables are short circuited, and whether the insulation sheath is cracked, damaged, or other abnormal phenomena after repeated high-speed U-bend tests driven by drag chains. To detect the performance of metal conductors in withstanding plastic deformation and highlighting defects during repeated high-speed U-bend tests.
2.Reference standards This Chainflex Bending Test Machine meets the requirements of TUV 2PFG2577-08.16 and CRIA 0003.2-2016 "Industrial Robot Special Cables - Part 2: Test Methods" standards such as the China Robotics Industry Alliance.
3.Main features: 3.1 Control and setting: The test speed, number of tests, and test stroke can be set; 3.2 Adopting PLC+touch screen control; 3.3 Adopting a servo motor+module structure.
4. Technical parameters: 4.1 Testing Station: Two sets can be tested simultaneously, using front and rear mounted specimens; 4.2 Test method: Horizontal bending, the sample is fixed in the corresponding drag chain, and bent back and forth in the horizontal direction following the drag chain for testing; 4.3 Power outage signal voltage: DC24V 4.4 Test space: maximum installation drag chain width 80mm; 4.5 Sample type: single wire diameter ≤ 15mm; Flat wire width ≤ 50mm, height ≤ 15mm. Suitable for connecting multi-core cables in series; 4.6 Running stroke: 200-1500mm, adjustable 4.7 Test speed: 60 times/minute; 4.8 Bending radius:Fixed height 30mm-150mm, adjustable up and down, suitable for drag chains with bending radius of 15mm-75mm (according to the sample diameter and the suitable drag chain, this machine only includes two drag chains with bending radius of R55.
