Main uses and features:
BLL type glass centrifugal concentrator is suitable for fine mud of -200 mesh metal mines, tungsten tin, tantalum niobium, rare earth ore, copper, lead and zinc ore.

Structure :
The main machine includes a drum, a chassis, a feeder, a feeder nozzle (two upper and lower), a punching nozzle, an ore receiving trough, a ore distributor, etc.

Working principle :
The centrifugal concentrator works intermittently, but the ore breaking, rushing and sorting of the concentrate are carried out automatically by the command and execution agency. The command body is a time relay, which can pass people or cut off the current within the specified time. The executive mechanism includes the ore breaking pipe in the ore hopper, the three-way valve and the membrane valve for controlling the flushing water, and the ore distributor for the reversing discharge of the concentrated tailings. They are driven by electromagnets respectively. When the specified separation time is reached, the broken ore pipe swings to the side of the return pipe, and the ore pulp no longer enters the drum. At the same time, the three-way valve cuts off the low-pressure water circuit, and the closed water pressure on the upper part of the membrane valve is removed, so the high-pressure water enters the drum through the membrane valve. At this time, the lower ore distributor also swings to the side of the concentrate pipe, and the washed concentrate is introduced into the concentrate pipe. After the flushing is completed, the actuators return to their original positions and continue to sort the ore.

A: The standard length of profiles and tube are 5800mm to suit for small container, and we also can cut to specific length, however a surcharge of machining and material scrap cost will be charged accordingly based on each individual invoice.

Q2: What's your MOQ?

A: we have no MOQ for our new customers, however a surcharge of USD80 will apply for all orders less that USD 1000 for custom handing cost purpose.

Q3: what is your payment terms?

A: The payment terms we accept is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight, T/T preferred.

Q4: What's the lead time for small order and mass production?

A: 1-3 working days for small order, and 3-10 working days for mass production of material, and the final lead time will be subject to each individual invoice.
