Main uses and features:
XLL-600 spiral concentrator can be used to separate relatively coarse (0.02 ~ 2.0mm) metal minerals, such as tungsten tin, magnet, titanium iron, road iron, gold placer and seashore placer; they are also It can be used for washing 4-6mm pulverized coal. Working principle: The spiral concentrator has 3-5 turns of spiral grooves with a certain inclination, and the cross-section is parabolic or elliptical. After the pulp is fed from the upper part, stratification occurs during the flow along the tank. Heavy minerals flow to the inner edge of the tank, and light minerals flow to the outer edge of the tank. The technical operating conditions that affect the spiral concentrator mainly include the diameter of the spiral, the cross-sectional shape of the spiral groove, the screw torque, the number of spiral turns, the feeding volume, the feeding concentration and the flushing water.

A: The standard length of profiles and tube are 5800mm to suit for small container, and we also can cut to specific length, however a surcharge of machining and material scrap cost will be charged accordingly based on each individual invoice.

Q2: What's your MOQ?

A: we have no MOQ for our new customers, however a surcharge of USD80 will apply for all orders less that USD 1000 for custom handing cost purpose.

Q3: what is your payment terms?

A: The payment terms we accept is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight, T/T preferred.

Q4: What's the lead time for small order and mass production?
