Overview
3 Dimensional powder mixing machine with a 30 degree inclined mixing barrel is operated smoothly with no pollution, PU or PTFE media balls can be applied to mix different powder material uniformly and rapidly. When mixing, we can add balls to grind with an impressive effect. This machine is suitable for various material mixing, which is widely applied in electron industry, ceramic industry, chemical industry, medicine, daily use chemical, organics, inorganic matter and other two more products’ mixing. On the basis of customer requirements, mixing barrel can employ inside and outside polished stainless steel jar, or lined with corundum, PU and so on.

The machine is suitable for mixing two or more different kinds of materials, which is widely applied in the fields of electronics, ceramics, chemistry, medicine, daily use chemical, organic and inorganic matter. According to customer’s need, mixing barrel can be made of polished stainless steel,or corundum,PU liners and so on.
Working Principle
The three dimensional mixing machine adopts the structure of the angle between the center of the cylinder and the horizontal plane, causing the material movement to be irregular at work, so as to achieve uniform mixing without dead angle.

a. Featured with distinctive design, reasonable manufacture, lower noisy, high uniform, mirror polished drum wall, fully mixing, easy to fully clean and charge and discharge, no cross contamination good appearance in design.
b. Three-dimensional movable mixer has particular function in motion, so to say, special motion directions such as rotation, intersection, up-side-down, tumbling and etc.
c. During operation, all material in the mixing drum can be in self-rotation and diffusion under both rotations without centrifugal force and be free of such phenomenon as gravity, segregation, separation and accumulation
d. Control device and main machine are designed in separate cabinet, which can ensure high safety during operation. Frequency speed control and butterfly valve specially designed ensures high tightness, free leakage. (Other blender has only one main machine with operating panel hereon and its running speed is invariable by one reducer motor)
e. Simplification in installation and maintenance, long service life, its mixing time is short within 0.5-2mins per batch. It's height is low and rotating space is small, and loading capacity is high up to 85% (Other blender only can reach 40-60%)
f. This equipment adopts the speed control by both inverter and reducer integrated. Its design is equipped with high sealing butterfly valve and automatic locking device to ensure no powder leakage. (Other machine is operated only by stepless motor which can't ensure stability during operation at variable working speed.)
