Test Purposes It is used for endurance life testing of interlocks or guides for refrigerator doors or drawers to verify the reliability of interlocks; also used to assist other tests for repeated door opening and closing operations, such as defrosting test and refrigerant leak test

Product information:

The integrated door endurance tester is special designed and manufactured as per IEC 60335-2-24 clause 22.112, IEC 62552 clause 11.2,clause 11.3 and etc. Suitable for refrigerator door test. It is a special equipment for durability and structural testing of refrigerator doors.

The equipment adopts advanced PLC intelligent control system, touch screen humanized operation interface to make recording and display more accurate; with preset test times, on current detection, load voltage regulation and display, test speed, test stroke, open / close door pull force setting, pull force transient curve display, test data storage and query, fault alarm and other functions, can be analyzed by the data record whether the test sample is qualified or not. It is the first choice for large metrology institutions and laboratories.

1. Refrigerator door interlock device endurance test

Process:Vacuum sucker automatic suck the door---- Open the door to a preset angle at a preset speed(45°)---- close the door at preset speed---- Repeatedly open and close the door until reaches the test times

2. Refrigerator drawer door endurance test

Process:Vacuum sucker automatic suck the door---- Open the drawer to the preset distance at a preset speed(15-25mm)----Close drawers at preset speed----Repeatedly open and close the drawer until reaches the test times
