Product Specification

   The SH119 petroleum product ash tester is designed and manufactured according to GB / T508, GB / T2433, and SH / T0067 standards, and is used to determine the ash content of lubricating oil product ash and lubricating grease sulfate. The instrument is also suitable for the determination of ash content of petroleum products containing raw ash additives (including certain additives containing phosphorus compounds), lead-containing lubricating oil and used engine crankcase oil. The instrument uses a new type of ceramic furnace as a heating body, which is suitable for detecting the ash content of sulfate in additive-containing lubricating oil and additive concentrate of lubricating oil.

Performance characteristics

1. The outer shell is made of welded steel plate with folded edges, the surface is electrostatically sprayed, the heating element is high-quality silicon carbon rod, and the insulation material is high-quality aluminum silicate fiber.
2. The furnace is made of oxidized aluminum silicate ceramic fiber, which has the characteristics of fast heating speed (about 1000 minutes can be raised to 1000 ℃), good thermal insulation effect (up to 1000 ℃ touch the shell by hand is not hot)
3. The control part adopts the microcomputer PID control function, and can also be configured with intelligent program meters according to the needs of users. It can set up 50 sections of heating and insulation curves, with over-temperature alarm timing function, and a strong learning function.
