Principle of Small Scale Laboratory Pilot Stainless Steel Atomizer Spray Dryer for Liquid Milk, Coffee, Tea, Egg
1. A menu driven micro-processor controllerallows the selection ofinlet temperature, airflow,automatic de-blocker frequency and pump speed.
2. The self-priming peristaltic pump delivers the sample liquid from acontainer through a small diameter jet into the main chamber. At thesame time an integral compressor pumps air into the outer tube of thejet which causes the liquid to emerge as a fine atomised spray into thedrying chamber.
3. Heated air is blown through the mainchamber evaporating the liquid content ofthe atomised spray. The solid particles ofthe material, which are normally in a freeflowing state, are then separated from theexhaust air flow by a cyclone and collectedin the sample collection bottle. The exhaustis directed through a flexible 60diameter hose direct to atmosphere or toan existing extraction system.
