FD series controller of molecular pump has a top performance on multi-function and low noise.
This controller has 2 options for Voltages: 110VAC±10％ or 220VAC±10％, the input prequency is 50/60 ±5％ respectively. The Max output power is 1100W.
It can be applied to molecular pumps F-400/3500. This user manual provides with precautions regarding installation, commissioning, operation, trouble diagnosis and daily maintenance. Please read it carefully before any installation and usage is commenced to ensure a proper operation.
