KSD301 Bimetal Thermostat is a small bimetal snap-action thermal protector with shell.

Action principle is that the component bimetal disc jump at the change of temperature, the contact point can be closed/opened rapidly to connect/disconnect the circuit.

A wide range of temperature, low temperature till high temperature, can be set according to customer requirements.

3. Attentions about Bimetal Thermostat.

1) When select bimetal thermostat, need to confirm the accurate temperature. To avoid temperature changes caused by thermal inertia, thermal conduction and other factors, need to consider the following factors.

 a. Detection part of temperature control.

 b. Thickness and material of heat transfer component.

 c. The power of the heating element.

 d. Amount of heated medium.

 e. Ambient temperature and air pressure.

2) During bimetal thermostat switch using process, need to avoid moisture and pollution, otherwise it will affect the electrical performance of the product. Recommended thermostat switch working environment is that relative humidity ≤90%, no contact with corrosive and flammable things.

3) During installation, need to make sure the bimetal thermostat’s temperature-sensing surface to be evenly contacted with the temperature-controlling part, and the force should be evenly applied to stabilize the temperature-sensing. Besides, need to coat the surface of temperature-sensitive with thermal grease or other similar heat-conducting medium.

Q3: What is the MOQ?
A: Normally our MOQ is 1000 pcs.

Larger quantity could win better price. We can support small quantity for test or pilot run purpose.

Q4: What about the lead time?
A: For sample making, it usually takes around 7 days.

Lead time would be 10~20 days with long term forecast.

Estimated lead time would be around 30 days without forecast.

We will try best to support to shorten the lead time if any urgent order.

Q5: Which payment terms you can accept?
A: T/T or pay via PayPal in advance, could talk based on customer actual status.

Q6: Package carton dimension.

A: For 1,000pcs, use 38*29*25mm carton.

For 2,000pcs, use the carton with 56*38*25mm or 41*30*21mm.

Q7: Express or Forwarder for delivery.

A: Customer could assign a express or forwarder for delivery, or we ask our source to do it if it's more cost-saving.
