Supports ±1500V peak differential voltage and ±1500V common mode voltage , meeting the test requirements of high-voltage devices such as IGBT and MOSFET.
600V CATII/1000V CATI safety level, built-in overload protection (>1500Vpk triggers red light alarm) to ensure safe operation.
2. High precision and high bandwidth
100MHz bandwidth + 3.5ns rise time, suitable for high-frequency scenarios such as switching power supplies and inverters.
1% accuracy + 500X attenuation ratio to achieve accurate restoration of tiny signals.
3. Low load effect design
10MΩ differential impedance + <2pF input capacitance, minimizes the impact on the circuit under test, suitable for high impedance node measurement.
4. Anti-interference and stability
