of pin tube can improve the heat transfer efficiency and reduce the soot accumulation, with advantages of compact structure, high heat efficiency, less equipment investment, and also with shock-proof, noise reduced,fouling prevented,safe and reliable features
Features of pin tube:
Pin fin is a cantilever structure, can vibrate with impact of airflow.
The strong turbulence is formed by the flue gas between the pin tube, with strong turbulence.
Advantages of pin tube:
Pin tube strengthens the expanded heating surface of heat transfer components, increases its heating surface of gas side, the heating exchange surface is 7-8 times larger than smooth tube, so that the pin tube exhaust gas boiler is with small structure, light weight, but its heat exchange surface is larger enough.
