1.You would better uniform heating or sizzling to remove the moisture to avoid the oil extraction rate

2.To improve the oil extraction effect, you would better physical preheat for the oil press(you can put a small amount of raw material to the hopper to run the machine several minutes)

3.To avoid the damage to machine parts, you should make sure the locking bolts of the barrel are tightened or not before you start oil press

4.To avoid being burned, donnot touch the tapping ports of barrel, heating is normal in the oil extraction process

5.Do not insert your fingers into the hopper bottom outlet in the oil extraction process

6.Donnot stop the machine immediately when you finish the oil extraction, let it continue to operate several minutes and press inversion switch several times, until the soapstock to be excreted

7.You would better remove the barrel and screw shaft to clean promptly after finishing the oil extraction

8.This machine is not suitable for soybean,corn etc which is solid to avoid the damage to the machine

Usually, Its oil yield of 40%-50%(according to oil content of raw material),such like sesame seeds,it can reach up to than 40%,and less than 20 mins to press.

• What kinds of materials can be used for pressing oil and what is requirement of material and moisture content?

More than 16 kinds of materials such as peanuts/groundnuts, rapeseeds, sesame, copra, cottonseeds, hazelnut, linseed/flaxseeds, oil palm kernel, pumpkin seed, sun flower seeds, walnuts can be processed by our home oil press. More types are to be developed. The oil content should above 25% and moisture content is around 8%.

• Does the seeds need pre-processing such as roasting or drying?

No. Most of the seeds can be expelled directly without any pre-treatment.

• Is the oil edible directly?

Yes,But a 12th deposition is recommended
