Description

The direction of the fan can be reversed automatically to provide uniform heating. Thanks to the perfect heating system and the ability to spray steam on demand, baking is optimized.
The capacity of 5 or 8 40x60cm trays depends on the model. 8-tray models can be upgraded to 10-tray convection ovens.
Equipped with a microcomputer controller, which can control the baking time and make the temperature and humidity equal.
Digital control panel, glass baking room door, SS 304 electric heating tube and SS 304 oven body.
