This gas 32 trays hot air bakery oven ,which main energy is the gas(You can choose LPG or NG) and durable stainless steel material for the whole oven.The back box is heating part, front and middle box is roasting part. Heat is circulated within three boxes through special air conduit so that the heat is under well convection and the temperature is even. There are also multi band air adjustments to satisfy different usage due to seasonal reasons. "Sliding"type is adopted for the installation of external decoration penal, so that the dismantling is quite convenient.
