1, silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide products, hard texture, Mohs hardness of about 9, in non-metallic materials are hardness materials, second only to the diamond.
2, silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide products at room temperature high strength, in the 1200-1400 ℃ high temperature, almost the same time and room temperature to maintain the strength and hardness. With the use of different atmosphere, the maximum safe use of the temperature can reach 1650-1750 ℃.
3, thermal expansion coefficient is small, compared to silicon carbide and other products, high thermal conductivity, not easy to produce thermal stress, with good thermal shock stability, long service life.
