The coal gasifier is mainly composed of a furnace body, an air supply system, a water supply system, a coal-feeding mechanism, a slag unloading device, coke capture, and an electrical control system. The equipment has the characteristics of simple process, small footprint, small investment, and simple operation; mechanical coal loading, wet slag discharge, and no secondary pollution; the coal gas outlet temperature is 400-550℃, and the thermal energy utilization rate is extremely high.

Production system

The production system of the shuttle kiln consists of fuel supply and combustion equipment, combustion fan, flue gas-air heat exchanger, temperature control fan and exhaust fan.

The kiln body of the shuttle kiln is rectangular, and the masonry of the kiln wall is divided into three layers along the thickness direction. The working lining is made of high-strength refractory insulation bricks, the interlayer is insulation refractory material, and the outer layer is made of refractory fiber felt attached to the kiln wall. The kiln roof adopts a flat ceiling structure, and the masonry is also divided into three layers. The inner layer is high-strength insulation bricks, which are hung under the ceiling bricks, the interlayer is insulation bricks, and the top layer is made of refractory fiber felt, which is both an insulation layer and a sealing layer.

The kiln door is built in two layers, the inner layer is high-strength insulation bricks, and the outer layer is an insulation layer. Refractory fiber felt is pasted on the metal shell of the kiln door. The burners are installed on the kiln wall, and one or two rows are set depending on the height of the kiln. The skirts on both sides of the kiln car are inserted into the sand sealing groove of the kiln wall. There are curved sealing grooves between the kiln cars, between the kiln car and the end wall and the kiln door. The refractory fiber is squeezed tightly to play a sealing role. There are many ventilation holes at the bottom of the kiln wall sand sealing groove, which is conducive to heat dissipation at the bottom of the kiln car and extends the service life of the kiln car.
