Brief overview

The roasting process system designed with reverse thinking method, in which the green body material does not move and the kiln body moves, can form a variety of process layouts, which can adapt to a variety of raw materials, a variety of products and corresponding processes. The kiln body of the mobile kiln is movable, the fire moves synchronously with the kiln body, and the green body material does not move. When the fire and the green body material move relative to each other, it is the same as the "car entry" principle of ordinary tunnel kiln.

Process

The core of this technology is to place the green body material between the kiln bottom and the front track by moving the kiln body on the track, and gradually complete the drying, preheating, roasting and cooling processes during the kiln body moving forward, and then ship the finished product out from the open kiln bottom.
