Woven badge/label are made of thread only on Woven Label Looms, stitched in a continuous design and achieve finer detail in both the design and text of the patch. which are perfect solustion for when you need the extra fine details and greater definition that embroidery or woven can’t provide.
Custom woven patches can be used in almost every way embroidered patches can. Using thinner threads that are woven together instead of embroidered onto a fabric, this results in a patch that has a smooth appearance with no raised texture. They are ideal when a design is too detailed or complex to be achieved with the embroidery process.
It is also a great way to achieve photographic realism. Human faces, landscapes, and small text can be reproduced on smaller sized patches in a way only possible on large embroidered patches.

Q: What are your minimums?
A: One is our minimum but that gets expensive, so normally we go with 100 pieces.
Q: I have some design ideas, which file format should I send?
A: You can email us, we accept mostly types of file formats, including JPG, AI, EPS, PDDOC, DOCX, BMP, and others. An artwork mock-up will sent to you within 3-5 days
Q: How do you match the colors that I want?
A: We have over 300 different thread color choices. We will take your Pantone, MaderiaIsacord or Robinson Anton color and choose the closest match to one of our availablethread color
Q: Which kind of backing can you do?
A: We provide sew on backing/ iron on backing/ PVC backing/ Velcro hook/ loop backing/ sticker backing and tuxedo clip (safety pin).
Q: How long will it take to receive my products?
A: The production time for embroidered and woven patches is 10-12 days after sample approved. Production time for all other custom products falls within 7-14 days. Just let us konw if you have special request with the time.
Q: Do you accept drop-ship?
A: Yes, we can. And we usually ship "Blind Label" in these situations.
Q: How is pricing for patches determined?
A: Many factors influence pricing, however, the base price is determined by size and quantity. The bigger your patches are, the more they will cost per piece. Conversely, the more patches you order, the less they will cost per piece. Certain other less common factors can added to the price, including but not limited to: 100% embroidery, more than nine colors, backing with other adhesive, specialty threads etc.
