Reaming bit mainly consists of four or more cones. Main cutting tooth is Tungsten Carbide insert tooth and steel tooth welded new-type wear- resistant alloy. High quality tungsten carbide tooth of new formula and new technique increases the service life of reaming bit. The pilot is roller cone bit or drag bit.
The bearing seal applys high performance O-ring seal or metal sealed bearing and imported lubrication grease special for bit.
1.It is applied in the big size casing well section, mining and infrastructure building drilling.
2.core barrel with roller bits is used in very strong rock formations(compressive strength>100Mpa).
3.Rock Drilling Core Barrels with Roller Bits adopt the high-carbon steel and special drilling bits angle to keep the drilling strength and efficiency.
Advantages
Kellyway core barrels range from 600mm to 3000mm in diameter and are designed specifically for drilling through different types and strengths of rock such as basalt, siltstone, sandstone, ironstone.
Core Barrels are also utilised for penetration through fill material such as bricks and concrete. An additional advantage of the core barrel is that it will not deflect laterally when encountering deflecting layers of rock or irregular surfaces.
