The Casing Pile is crafted by winding a V or wedge-shaped cold-rolled wire around longitudinal support rods, utilizing advanced all-welded technology for robust construction and superior mechanical performance. This design ensures a continuous slot opening, allowing water or oil to flow freely while effectively blocking sand and gravel. Customizable slot sizes (0.10–3.0 mm) and materials (Low Carbon, Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel) cater to diverse needs.
Applications: Widely used in water, oil, and gas wells, as well as in deep wells, geothermal wells, water treatment, desalination, and petroleum industries. It is also ideal for chemical, industrial, and environmental filtration.
Specifications:
Slot size: Ranging from 0.10 to 6.00mm are available, and custom sizes can be provided upon request.
Material: Galvanized low carbon (LCG), stainless steel (304,316 etc.)
