These micron-sized fibers form a tortuous channel for the airflow, forcing solid particles and liquid droplets to directly collide, diffuse and intercept, and directly intercept them. Under the action of this filtering mechanism, it is captured by ultra-fine fibers, and the surface tension of the liquid causes small droplets to coalesce into larger droplets. Due to gravity, the large droplets settle to the bottom of the container. The glass fiber coalescing filter element is made of high-density gradient glass fiber. In order to reduce damage and loss, it is designed as an integral monolithic tube structure. The surface of the filter element is treated with hydrophobic and oleophobic treatment.

The coalescing filter element is made of a variety of composite materials through special processing and has hydrophilic characteristics.
