1.Introduction
Suitable for large-volume shrink packaging in daily chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. It adopts imported PLC automatic program control, which is easy to operate and has safety protection and alarm functions to effectively prevent accidental cutting of packaging materials. Equipped with imported horizontal and vertical detection photoelectric for easy switching selection. BTA-450A also has a tight connection function and is specially designed for packaging small products. The entire machine can be connected to the production line for unmanned operation.

3. Equipment Advantages
3.1 This machine can be connected to various fully automated packaging line operations. It has a built-in Omron PLC programmable controller and has safety protection and fault alarm functions, which improves the operational stability of the machine.
3.2 The sealing and cutting knife adopts the American DuPont Teflon anti-stick coating, so the sealing will not crack or scorch; the sealing and cutting knife has an automatic protection function to prevent accidental cutting of packaging materials.
3.3 By adjusting the height of the film guide device and the feeding and conveying platform, products of different widths and heights can be packaged without changing molds and bag making machines.
3.4 Automatic feeding, bag making length is automatically controlled by the combination of electric eye and timer; equipped with waste induction motor, which can automatically roll up waste edges.
3.5 Equipped with an independent and movable pinhole deflation device to make the packaging effect more beautiful.
3.6 It is equipped with American Banner brand detection photoelectric, one set each for horizontal and vertical detection. You can switch thin and small items by switching the selection.
3.7 Using Omron digital display temperature controller, the temperature can be set at will, and the sealing and cutting temperature is extremely sensitive and accurate.
