TS-150 Automatic Self Adhesive Labeling Machine for Square & Flat Bottles Labeling
Introduction:
TS-150 self adhesive labeling machine is widely used for the square, flat bottles labeling in agrochemical, chemical and other industries. It has the features of advanced technology, simple operation, and compact structure. It uses sensor inspecting, PLC control and touch screen. Conveying, bottle separating are inverter speed adjusting.
Features:
1. The servo motor labeling structure ensures the high speed and precision of labeling.
2. Micro-computer control plus touch screen operation enables parameters adjustment very convenient and direct.
3. With data record handle, it makes multi-dimension adjustment much more convenient.
4.Conveying belt, bottle separate wheel and bottle clamping device all driven by single motor, at the mean time, it makes labeling much more precise.
5.Labeling sensor is of high sensitiveness, and its sensitiveness is adjustable to different transparency label. It ensures labeling high precision and smooth.
6. Tested sensor if of noise elimination function, it can label very accurately.
7. Whole machine is well equipped with working alarms, which ensures the safety.
8. The integrated system, such as electric and pneumatic allocations are imported brand, ensures the reliability, safety and low energy-consumption.
