Introduction

Jinwang Intelligent offers powered turntables that load, unload, and transfer bottles to and from production lines. All turntables are available individually, as an addition to an existing line, or as part of a complete system. XJ-1000 Turntables are constructed from the highest quality sanitary stainless sus304 materials with variable speed digital AC drives, reversible rotation, and are height adjustable. Turntable tops are available as gauge polished sanitary stainless steel or polyethylene and each is laser cut to create a perfect circle.

Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: JWIM is a professional manufacturer engaged in agricultural and animal husbandry intelligent factory. We are a high-tech enterprise integrated with R&D, manufacturing, marketing and service. At present, it has 600 employees and more than 300 design and R & D.

Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located in Changzhou city, Jiangsu Province, near to Shanghai, it’s in the north-west of Shanghai, from Shanghai to our city take train only need 1 hour, if take car need about 3 hours, we welcome the customer from everywhere to visit our company.

Q: If equipments has problems during running, how will you solve the problems quickly?

A: After getting customer’s problems, our engineer will analyze it through pictures or videos, if it is some small problems, we will guide customer how to solve the problem by video call or send some guiding pictures; if there’s some parts breakdown, we will send the spare parts to customer immediately; if there’s some problems customer can not solve and ask our engineer to site to check, our engineer will start off after getting the flight tickets from customer.

Q: How about the after-sales service of your equipment?

A: 1. Machine warranty one year. Spare parts free of charge are supplied within one warranty year(easy damaged parts and man-made damaged are exclusive), over one warranty year, we only charge spare parts at cost price.
2. We will give you long time technology supply. We offer your side with operation manual in English.
3. We can dispatch our engineer to customer site for installing and debugging machines. customer need to take some fees.

4. Customer can also dispatch engineer to our site to do inspection after production of machines finished, we are responsible to offer your engineers' training in free of charge.

5. Remote Support In light of the risks surrounding Covid-19, at Jinwang we have developed remotesupport procedures to keep our customers’ orders and production progressing.We are completing machine FAT’s and demo’s via video conference call and undertaking remote installations to get new machines up and running ASAP. Documents can be screen-shared, and our teams can connect with your teams to provide the relevant training.

Q: Payment Terms ?
A: T/T 30%-50% deposit, the balance should be paid before delivery.

Q:Machine Package?
A:Each Machine will be sprayed antirust oil, wrapped by PO film for protection, and will be packed to the standard fumigation free wooden cases.

A: JWIM is committed to providing its customers with a comprehensive technical training program for their personnel. Through training, operators’ correct performance can be guaranteed, maintenance quality can be improved, and operators’ ability to handle failures can be enhanced to minimize the downtime and improve the working efficiency of equipment.

Our training includes multiple functional courses such as functional structure principles, process procedures,commissioning, repair and maintenance. We provide a variety of training methods such as networking, on-site and off-site training modes, and tailor training programs based on-site staff needs, skills, and their specific requirements.
