PE, PP WPC Extrusion Line
It adopts special designed screw & barrel, mould and extruder for wood plastic productions. Jwell company products series:One step way thickness board extrusion line; One step way WPC profile extrusion line; WPC pelletizing extrusion line and different kinds of WPC mould.

 
The WPC products can be produced by two step extrusion machine or pelletize first then through extrison machine. It will save power and place and has some features of high output, stable extrusion pressure, high plasticity and good mixing. Optimized screw design have small cutting strength, and it is not easy to cut wood fibre. The material will be uniformally in the extruder.
This extrusion line can produce PE,PP or PVC WPC profile productions. Main is used in wood tray, indoors&outdoors floor, outside decoration and etc.

 
Excellent character for WPC material
1. Excellent water resistance, the bending strength and stiffness will not change after immersing in water for 30days.
2. Excellent antisepsis; as non-absorbent, it will not rot and has a very good quality of corrosion resistance, neither does it has termites harmless.
3. Truly green & environment-friendly, no release of formaldehyde and can be recycled. It can save the nature wood resources which was also called revolutionary green environmental newly material.
4. Anti-crash. The fixing ability of wood screw is very strong, which is 4 times than wood-dust board, and 5 times than MDF(medium density fiberboard).
5. It can be used as an outdoor sheet for long time because of its well anti-ultraviolet function and good capability even in the temperature of minus 30 degree.
6. Although using thermoplastic composite material, it wouldn't be soften even in an temperature of 120 degree.
