Introduction To Desulfurization Equipment

Complex iron desulfurization technology is a type of chelated iron wet oxidation desulfurization technology, similar to the LO-CAT sulfur recovery technology. This process adopts a one-step method to directly convert H2S into elemental sulfur, which has the characteristics of simple process, fast desulfurization reaction speed, large operational flexibility, high desulfurization accuracy, fewer side reactions, low alkali consumption, and no desulfurization waste liquid discharge.
The basic principle of chelated iron desulfurization is that under weak alkaline conditions of desulfurization solution pH=7.5-9, the QRP value of Fe3+(L) is moderate. In the desulfurization absorption tower, Fe3+(L) can only oxidize HS - (L) into elemental S, and the homogeneous reaction rate is fast. Basically, it eliminates the opportunity for HS - (L) to enter the regeneration device and directly contact O2, resulting in high selectivity for generating elemental sulfur and low rate of secondary salt generation during the desulfurization process; And Fe2+(L) is oxidized by O2 in the regeneration device to Fe3+(L), while releasing OH -, achieving a desulfurization regeneration cycle.
The complex iron products produced by our company are mainly used in industries such as biogas engineering, natural gas, coal chemical industry, and organic wastewater treatment.
At present, the company has made achievements in animal husbandry biogas engineering, kitchen waste treatment engineering, and high concentration organic wastewater treatment engineering.
Biological desulfurization, also known as biocatalytic desulfurization (BDS): Biological desulfurization is widely used in industries that can produce biogas, such as aquaculture, landfill, brewing, papermaking, citric acid, pharmaceuticals, starch, food, petrochemicals, etc. It has low operating costs, modular system equipment, and service support.
