Feature:
(1) The whole machine has the protection of main motor and other electric appliances, such as overload, over-pressure, etc.
All common faults will be automatically warned,and the corresponding fault location will be given.
(2) According to the severity of the fault,PLC judges whether main machine can continue to operate or stop.

(3) This machine is the equipment which is developed by RADAR exclusively on the basis of digesting and absorbing domestic and foreign ( carbonated) can filling and sealing machines (sealing machines).
(4) Using isobaric filling principle,after empty cans enter the lift tray through steel wheel,filling valves will be aligned with empty cans,and then cans are raised and sealed.
(5) At the same time,automatically open valve outlet of filling valves when filling liquid surface reaches vale return air outlet,stopping filling.
(6) Filled cans are delivered to sealing machine heads by hook chains,caps are delivered to mouth of cans by cap loader and squeeze head,when the lift tray rises,squeeze head impacts mouth of cans,sealing wheal has pre-sealing and second sealing.Cans are sealed and then launched ,entering conveyor.
(7) This machine has many outstanding features,such as fast filling speed,high filling precision,runs smoothly, good sealing quality, beautiful appearance, easy maintenance and etc.

1. This 3-in-1 set is used for filling carbonated drink. The machine contains washing filling and capping with complete automation, suitable for filling carbonated drink into glass bottles.
2. The bottleneck blocking makes the process of changing bottles easily by only adapting the height of conveyor chain. The filling process adopts the micro-pressure technology, which makes filling process faster and more stable.
